If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The only drawback is that the formula is a bit streaky and you’ll need to use a shiny top coat to pull out its true beauty, but the streakiness isn’t too bad at three coats. Our policy lasts 30 days. Push & Pur-Pull by OPI is very pretty, and if you love purple, I think you’ll swoon over this.

  • Dries to a satin finish, which requires a shiny top coat to really make the most of the polish.
  • Looks insanely shiny once you add a top coat.
  • It dries quite quickly, so even though you have to use three coats, you don’t have to wait in between coats. (I didn’t bother going for a fourth coat because, haha, “ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat”! (Well, sometimes I do, but this time, I didn’t.) 😉 I think three coats is pretty average for this type of finish. I felt that at two coats, it didn’t quite look right, so I added a third coat, and then was satisfied with the coverage. (That’s why I urge you to wear a shiny top coat – it really helps minimize them.) When you build up the coats, it gives you greater coverage, but you’ll still have a few subtle streaks. The formula went on streaky, but I expected that once I noticed it had a translucent/jelly consistency. With this colour, I wasn’t crazy about how it looked on its own, and since it has a jelly-ish look, it’s best worn with a shiny top coat to bring out the beauty.Īlso, when you wear a shiny top coat, it conceals any streaks with this polish, so you’ll get a cleaner look. Push & Pur-Pull by OPI dries down to a satin finish. While it’s not exactly what I would consider to be a bright neon, it sure was a lot of fun to wear, and it really makes your manicure look sharp! Finish I am over the moon about this kind of rich and vibrant purple! It’s such a stunner, and it’s a bold hue that looks good on virtually everyone!

OPI Push & Pur-Pull is very pretty, but I definitely don’t consider it to be a retina-burning neon. But, in actuality, I don’t think there’s such a thing as a true deep neon purple. You know, whenever I see purples added to a neon collection, I tend to get very hopeful. You must wear a top coat to really bring out the outstanding beauty and the jelly-ish finish. In the bottle, it looks like an ordinary purple, but I was so happy to see that on the nails, it has a jelly-ish finish for that ‘squishy’ look that’s so cool! (I wasn’t able to get spot-on colour accuracy with my camera, and I keep it simple and don’t do colour correction with editing software.) Please note that in real life, the polish has a touch more pink undertones than what the bottle pictures might suggest. Today, I have for you an in-depth review of OPI Push & Pur-Pull, which is from the Neon Collection that I did a Quick Look post on earlier.
